Section 01
Start smaller than your pride wants
The two-minute start is not a trick; it is the whole game. A habit you cannot fail is a habit that survives.
- Shrink the target until it feels silly: one page, one push-up, one line, two minutes of tidying.
- Scale only after two easy weeks; the habit of showing up comes before the size of the showing.
- Never miss twice is the only rule that matters — one miss is weather, two is climate change.
- Done counts. Perfect is the enemy of Tuesday.
