1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Soul Yatri websites, apps, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
Self-service Soul Yatri accounts are available only to people aged 18 or older. We do not currently offer a public parental-consent registration path for minors. Any future institution-led or guardian-verified service for a child would use separately documented eligibility, consent, and safeguarding steps; until then, minors must not create or use a self-service account. Astrology and wellness content is for reflection and education and does not replace licensed medical or mental health care.
3. Account & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
4. Payments & Refunds
Fees for consultations, courses, and gifting are displayed before checkout. Refunds are governed by Indian consumer protection law and our cancellation policy shown at the point of sale.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and marks are the property of Soul Yatri Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
6. Disclaimers
Soul Yatri services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Astrology outputs are for reflection, not prediction or medical advice. In emergencies, contact local emergency services or a licensed professional.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soul Yatri shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Delhi, India.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
