Refund & Cancellation Policy
For astrology consultations booked on Soul Yatri.
Booking a session should feel safe. This page explains, in plain words, what happens if a session does not go as expected — so you know exactly how you are protected before you pay.
If your astrologer does not show up
You get a full refund. If your astrologer does not join the session, you can report it and request your money back in full — you are never charged for a session that did not happen.
If your reading is incomplete
You can request a partial refund. If the session was cut short or you did not receive the full reading you booked, you can ask for a refund of the part that was not delivered. We review the request and refund a fair, proportionate amount — never more than what you paid.
If you need to cancel
You can cancel an upcoming session any time before it starts from your sessions page. A cancelled booking is not charged. We ask that you cancel as early as you can, so your astrologer's time can be offered to someone else.
How to request a refund
Open the session on your sessions page and choose “Report a problem.” Tell us briefly what went wrong. Our team reviews every request. Refunds apply to completed, paid sessions; a free introductory session has nothing to refund.
When you will see your money back
Once a refund is approved, the amount is returned to your original payment method through our payment partner. The exact time depends on your bank or card provider, and you will be notified when it is on its way.
Fair use
This policy protects genuine issues with a session. It is not a way to get a free reading after receiving the full session as booked. We review each request individually and in good faith, in line with Indian consumer protection law.
